The 10th Annual Wine Spectacular!

The Rotary Club of Lake Norman-Huntersville is hosting its 10th Annual Wine Spectacular! Auction & Tasting presented by Presbyterian Hospital-Huntersville on October 18 at 7:00 p.m. at NorthStone Country Club.  Proceeds from the event will benefit The Lake Norman Free Clinic and The Hope House.  Tickets are $100/person and may be purchased via The Rotary Club of Lake Norman - Huntersville's website:  www.lakenormanrotary.com.   

The Wine Spectacular! will feature an Evening of wine tasting, Live and Silent Auctions, a Champagne Diamond Raffle, delicious wines poured by: Benny Parsons Rendezvous Ridge, Childress Vineyards, BANFI, Millennium Beverage and Dionysus Wine Distributors and Trireme Imports.  Fabulous food stations will include a sushi station, a raw bar, and a carving station, all to be complimented with food from Bravo Cucina Italiana, Dressler's Restaurant, Mia Famiglia Restaurante & Catering, and Soiree on Main.  Each attendee will receive a commemorative wine glass as our gift.  Live music by The Calvin Edwards Trio will accent the evening.  Although there is a very diverse selection of wine, other refreshing non-alcoholic beverages will be offered.  Wines at auction will be available for purchase.
 
The Rotary Club of Lake Norman - Huntersville also launched The  1st Art Spectacular! Show and Auction with assistance from the Lake Norman Art League.  The Art Spectacular! is a juried art show of 25 pieces that will be exhibited at The Great Frame Up in Birkdale Village through the week of October 13.  The Art Spectacular! exhibit will be featured at the Wine Spectacular on October 18th, with the works included in the Live and Silent Auction.
 
These two spectacular events celebrate the Rotary Club of Lake Norman-Huntersville's 10th Anniversary! The Club has distributed over $120,000 in donations to area and international charities.
