Club Board Meeting December 14
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
You are all invited to attend
and participate in our December
Board Meeting, to be held this
next Monday, Dec. 13th, at 7 PM
at Matthews 1600. Members are
always welcomed to attend Board
Meetings, but this one will have
a rather full agenda of many
things that may be of interest.
We will be talking about closing
the books on the Fall Into
Fitness; dispersing the proceeds
from the event; dispersing funds
from the Foundation based on our
budget for this year; officers
for the upcoming Rotary year
starting July 1, 2010, and doing
more aggressive membership
recruiting, particularly from
among the many very appreciative
guests we had at our first-ever
evening meeting last week.
One more detail: we have been
tentatively planning on holding
our First Wednesday evening
meetings at Rolling Road Golf
Club, but they are planning on
closing for the first two weeks
of the year, so we need an
alternative for Wednesday Jan.
5th – suggestions welcome.
Again, please try to make Monday
night if you are available. RSVP
appreciated but not required.
