UPCOMING EVENTS / ANNOUNCEMENTS:
REMINDER: Now you can order your
Sunrise Rotary apparel online.
Click on the link to go to the
Queensboro website (www.queensboro.com)
and choose the model, size and
color you want. Then go to our
club website (www.rotarycatonsvillesunrise.org)
and click on the
Rotary Merchandise and
Apparel link at the top of the
page. Fill out the order form.
While you are there, make sure
you order your “official” shirt
so we can all match! Remember,
if you wear any club apparel to
a meeting you get a “free” happy
dollar.
DATA ENTRY HELP NEEDED: There
are four file boxes of club
financial records that need to
be reviewed in order to compile
a mailing list of past
supporters of various club
events, so that we can have a
database for future use in
raising funds, distributing
information about our events,
etc. This would include
purchasers of tickets to events
such as the bullroast and book
festival, donors and sponsors of
the bull roast and 5K, etc. The
boxes are all in Cal Oren’s
office, and there is a spare
computer available to use to
input the names and addresses on
to a simple Excel spreadsheet.
Alternatively, someone could
take a box of records home and
work through them that way.

& Victoria Foust; at

Dec. 6th, from 8 am to 1:30 pm.
While walk-ins are accepted, it
is better to call and make an
appointment, by calling
1-800-GIVELIFE. I called and
asked for an early appointment,
and they told me there was
virtually no one signed up
between 8 and 9 am.
